Being presented to a young Princess Anne when she opened a factory near Newcastle making Kleenex toilet tissue and feminine hygiene products. I organized the PR and months later the press accused me of misleading her in a private pre-briefing at Buckingham Palace. The controversial headlines quickly disappeared when she 'let it be known' the charge was totally unfounded.
