Pope John Paul 11

In the most bizarre project I presented to Pope John Paul 11 in front of thousands of people in St Marks Square, Rome a silver plated viewer of 3D images to commemorate his first visit to the US. The Pope put the viewer to his eyes, looked to the sky, the crowd applauded and the cameras clicked for a really great PR shot but the Vatican never released it. However by strange coincidence I later discovered this shot and wondered if the Pope had practiced beforehand.
